I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with your loved ones last week. As we approach the end of November, I want to express my gratitude for your ongoing support and partnership in our school community and for sharing your children with us. Watching our students learn and grow is truly a blessing for those of us in this profession, and they are off to a wonderful school year.
This year, one of our District’s initiatives is to reduce our paper usage and promote environmental stewardship in our school community. Since September, our faculty and staff have been consciously working to send information home to you in an electronic form to improve our carbon footprint and set positive examples for our students.
Starting in December, we will be sharing our newly revised elementary report cards with families in digital format as well. Parents and guardians of students in grades pre-k – 6 will log onto the BKW Parent Portal to view the first-trimester report card on Friday, December 15, 2023.
