Congratulations NYSSMA Participants!
Four band students performed a Solo for Judges during the NYSSMA Solo Festival at Farnsworth Middle School on May 19th. Kathryn Joslin (11th) & Ben West (7th) earned Gold Medals for their Bass Clarinet & Trombone Solos and Madison Beck (10th) and Lauren Murphy (7th) earned Silver Medals on their clarinet and flute. Congratulations BKW musicians!

Prevention to keep students safer on our roadways
Last week, Albany County Sheriff’s Deputy Chris Hughes spoke with members of the senior class about the dangers of impaired driving. The purpose of the discussion was to highlight prevention.
