This week, the New York State Sportswriters and Coaches Organization for Girls Sports (NYSSCOGS) released their all-star selections for the 2023-24 softball season. Each year, NYSSCOGS recognizes numerous players, coaches, referees, administrators, and journalists, all of whom contributed to the game of high school girls’ softball throughout New York.
The following coaches and players were selected to the NYSSCOGS All-State softball teams for Class C:
- Coach Jeff Muller
- Player of the Year Sara Macrina
- 2nd Team Madysen Saddlemire
- 2nd Team Emma Cyr
“We are incredibly proud of Coach Muller and his players for everything that they accomplished this season,” said BKW Athletic Director Mr. Galvin. “They delivered a state championship to our community while representing our district in the best way possible. We are fortunate to have such impressive student-athletes in our school community.”
