Weather-related announcements (school delays/dismissals/closings)

The following information will be used by the district to share information related to school delays, early dismissal and closings.

  1. There will be a districtwide notification from the school through ParentSquare.
  2. There will be a post on the school district’s website, right on the homepage at https://www.bkwschools.org/
  3. Announcements will be shared with local TV and radio stations.

If you haven’t done so already, we encourage you to sign-up for ParentSquare. Please visit www.parentsquare.com and sign up using the contact information on file with the school district. This platform will allow you to stay up-to-date and connected with important communication on a classroom, building and district level. This communication platform will play a key role in the distribution of information involving our district, and more importantly, our students.
