BKW celebrates School Board Appreciation Week!

The week of Oct. 14-18 marks School Board Appreciation Week! This week, we acknowledge our Board of Education for their commitment to our students, faculty, and school community. The Board of Education has numerous responsibilities in assisting our district to be our best. Whether that’s behind the scenes offering their service and support, lending a hand to support activities and fundraisers, or applying their personal knowledge to making our district a better place to learn and grow.

“As a district, we appreciate the effort and dedication displayed by our Board of Education members year in and out,” shared Superintendent of Schools Mrs. Kane. “Our Board continues to advocate and support our staff to ensure our district performs at its best. Thank you to the Board of Education for always putting our district first.”

During this time, we would like to thank our Board of Education members for their dedication to supporting our school district. They are as follows:

  • Matthew Tedeschi, President
  • Kimberly Lovell, Vice-President
  • Nathan Elble
  • Lisa Joslin
  • Rebecca Miller
