This class is great for beginners, a novice and even the
athlete who is looking for stronger abs, stronger joints and
awesome muscle tone. A one-hour session focusing on injury
prevention, improving posture, along with toning and
increasing muscular strength. The fitness methods
incorporated in this "Total Body Conditioning" routine are
Pilates, body weight circuit training, core strengthening
and dynamic and static stretching.
Course Fee: $40
DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE
Class Dates: Mondays 3/1 & 3/8
Time: 6:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Instructor: Easy Method Driving School
This is a six-hour course which includes videos and
discussions on attitudes of drivers and defensive driving
techniques. You will receive a 10% reduction on your
liability and collision insurance as well as 4 points off
your NYS license after completion of this course.
Course Fee: $35
Digital Photography: The Basics
Class Dates: 4/12, 4/13, 4/19 & 4/20
Time: 6 - 8 p.m.
Instructor: Amy Goodrich
Make the most of your digital camera, learn settings and
learn how to improve your photos. Review your image in the
camera and understand how to format photos to the highest
quality.
Course Fee: $45
Digital Photography: The Next Step
Class Dates:5/4, 5/5, 5/11 & 5/12
Time: 6 - 8 p.m.
Instructor: Amy Goodrich
You have taken your photos now transfer them from your
camera or prints to your computer. Learn how to use
photo-editing software to crop unwanted areas, improve color
and contrast and remove red-eye. Explore how to add borders,
text or special effects. Prepare your images for printing or
emailing.

Gardening in the 21st Century
Class Date: Tuesday 4/13
Time: 6:30 - 8 p.m.
Instructor: Cornell Cooperative Extension
Gardening techniques to help you work smarter in the garden.
Conserve water, manage the garden, learn AGreener@ gardening
methods to help be an environmentally friendly gardener, be
in touch with nature, grow flowers and food that will feed
the body and soul.

Getting Paid To Talk
Class Date: Thursday 4/15

This is an upbeat, realistic and sometimes humorous
introduction to the field of Professional Voice Acting. Get
a chance to record a real script under the direction of a
producer.

For your health and your convenience. Mobile mammography is
sponsored by Bellevue Hospital. You must have an insurance
card and it must be at least one year since your last
screening.
New York State Boating Certification

Pre-Licensing Class
Class Dates: Mondays 3/1 & 3/8
Time: 6:30 - 8:45 p.m.
Instructor: Easy Method Driving School
This course is required by the NYS Department of Motor
Vehicles for anyone interested in acquiring their initial
driving license. Upon completion, the required form for a
road test appointment will be issued. Students must attend
both sessions to receive certificate. Students must bring a
valid learner's permit, notepaper and pen to class.

Understanding Stocks, Bonds & Mutual
Funds
Class Date: Wednesday 5/12
Time: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

This course is strictly educational - it will help you learn
the basics of stocks, bonds and mutual funds, NOT promote
specific investments. Learn the true backbone of most
portfolios. Discover how to use the Internet and daily
newspapers to track your investments. We will show you how
proper asset allocation will lower your overall risk.

balanced portfolio and help plan a successful retirement.

Understanding Your Financial Life: A
